The Bone marrow transplant program at Shifa is a unique program that has transformed the lives of dozens of patients.Since its inception in 2009, the program has performed more than 100 Autologous and Allogeneic Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplants including Matched sibling and Haplo-identical (half-match) Transplants.The program is registered with CIBMTR in USA to report outcomes data.
Shifa recently completed a landmark of 100 stem cell/ bone marrow transplants including autologous, allogeneic and haploidentical sibling donors.
