Shifa International Hospital Islamabad beat Apex Cricket Club Rawalpindi by three wickets in a friendly cricket match here at the Quaid-e-Azam University cricket ground, says a press release.

Shifa Hospital Captain Shafiq Aslam won the toss and Invited Apex Club to bat first, Apex Club were bowled out at 166 in the allotted 30 over. Openers Yousaf and Adnan added 97 runs in the partnership. Syed Mudassar Bukhari claimed 4 wickets for 24, Shahzad Ahmad (3-21) and Shafiq Aslam (3-27).

Shifa International achieved the target in the 27th over for the loss of seven wickets. Faisal Iqbal (73), Shahzad Kayani (21), Khurram Bhatti (19) and Qutab- ud-Din Qureshi (18 not out) were main leading run-getters. For Apex Club Yousaf take 3 wickets for 27 and Hafeez (2-21).
