The department of medical staff affairs is headed by the Medical Director. The department is responsible for day to day running of the Medical Staff. It is looking after more than 200 doctors. Among them 120 are consultants and the rest remaining house officers, residents and postgraduate trainees. Around 70% of the consultants are US trained and Board Certified in their respective specialties. The rest of trained from UK and small portion trained in Pakistan.

The hospital is approved for house job in Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics and Ob/Gyn from Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.
