How to use Shifa Teleconsultation Service:

1: Please call at 051-8464646 for Teleconsultation appointment (Mon to Sunday: 7 am to 11 pm)

2: You can either get Teleconsultation from our Consultant or General Physician

3: Our Call center representative will schedule the appointment as per availability of doctor and your need

4: Our Call Center representative will guide you on available payment options for Teleconsultation fee. Choose the preferred mode of payment and follow the process

Debit/ Credit Card – Visa & MasterOur representative will send you a link through SMS/ Email/ Whatsapp to provide access to the payment portal

Online Transfer to Shifa Bank Account:

Kindly send the screenshot of online transfer receipt with your name and Medical Record number at 03215007216 after transferring the amount

Payment Through:

Through Mobile App

–  Select “Send Money/ Money Transfer” option

–  Select “Bank Account” option & enter bank account details and number (Al Baraka: 011032653001)

–  Enter Receiver’s Mobile Number (03215007216)

–  Send the transfer receipt screenshot with your name and number to 03215007216

Through Merchant/ Retail Shop

–  Kindly forward the SMS along with Patient Name, and Medical Record Number to 03215007216

Payment Collection from Home As per availability of dispatcher in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad

 5: Once your payment will be received and verified, your appointment with Shifa Consultant will be confirmed

6: Our representative will call you and provide the video link by SMS/ Email/ Whatsapp. You can simply click the link to get access to Teleconsultation portal

7: A copy of Prescription will be shared with you by SMS/ Email/ Whatsapp

8: If you are prescribed with the laboratory tests/ Medicines, home health services can be availed for lab sample collection and medicine delivery to your home. Our representative will guide you accordingly
