Medical Records Department, has two sections.

  • Filing Room
  • Medical Transcription

As far as the Filing Room is concerned, we have round about four lack files which we keep serial wise in electrically operated racks. We fetch the required file out by just pushing button within few seconds. All this reflects our state of the art services. Through electrical racks we overcome the space problem in a very systematic way.

On the other hand, there is Medical Transcription Section, where we have up to date computer systems and very professional Medical Transcriptionists. Above that we have a Quality controller within the section.We also have centralized dictation and transcription system.

We receive data by telephone lines in the systems and is transcribed at the spot. All consultants can make dictations from anywhere round the clock, even from their homes by just entering their password.We transcribe all kinds of medical reports, diagnostic reports, operation notes, discharge summaries and death summaries etc.

All medical record is quite confidential and is treated by a set of protocols.
